Marketing Project Manager

MARCOMM Inc., an outsourcing company specializing in marketing and marketing communications services within the Twin Cities, is seeking experienced full and part-time individuals with corporate consumer/retail or business to business marketing communications background. Interactive marketing background encouraged.  We’re looking for qualified individuals to provide account management to some of our Fortune 500 clients such as 3M, Target, ADC and other corporations. In these roles you will work directly with marketing managers, merchant/buyers and creative services to help plan and execute integrated communications projects.

Responsibility of managing multiple communications projects that may include;
• Development of sales and marketing collateral
• Sales program management
• Writing and editing experience
• Promotions and promotional materials development
• Tradeshow coordination
• Direct mail coordination
• Packaging coordination
• Website content development
• Interactive and E-marketing
• Point-of-purchase coordination
• Database management
• Overall corporate communications
• Supervision of ad, pr and graphic agencies, printers, photographers and other vendor management; Participation in all group communications meetings; day-to-day marketing communications activities.

Minimum requirements; B.A. or B.S. in marketing, advertising or communications; 3-6 years of practical professional experience in corporate project management, marketing, advertising or communications required:
• Ability to plan, organize, monitor and execute multiple projects within budget and on schedule
• Very strong time management
• Skilled at internal and external team and vendor management
• Diplomacy in communications and interpersonal communications skills very necessary
• Must excel within customer service
• Consumer/retail corporate marketing communications or business to business experience a must
