We have offices in Virginia, NY and Texas, and resources available in most major metropolitan areas. McKinley provides marketers to help its clients meet their short-term and permanent marketing needs.


McKinley Marketing Partners is currently looking for a full life cycle Recruiter to join our growing team. This position will be based in Old Town Alexandria, VA and will report to the Sr. Director of Recruiting & Placement. Recruiting activities include the companies DC, Maryland, Virginia, Texas, New York and New Jersey markets.


In this position, you will be responsible for:



Recruiting & Placement:

·Source, identify, and pre-screen candidates for corporate and regional offices

·Recommend acceptable candidates for interview and consideration

Co-manage on-line job postings and advertisements

·Conduct reference checks

·Work closely with Business Development team to ensure staffing goals are met and outstanding customer service is delivered at all times to clients and consultants

Some travel required

We are only considering local (DC metro) candidates at this time.

Required Skills: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business

Administration or a related field. Proven leadership and success in sourcing,

recruiting, staffing and client interface with 3-5 years professional experience.
