Marketing Representitive Washington

Builders & Tradesmen's Insurance Services is an MGA specializing in products for those in the construction trades.  We are located in Rocklin, California but are expanding into other states.  We are looking for marketing representative to market our products in the State of Washington.Builders & Tradesmen's Insurance Services, Inc. is a company that offers growth, stability, learning opportunities and challenge.  Our founder, Norbert Hohlbein believes in creating and nurturing an environment that encourages innovation, education and a team environment.

The ideal candidate will be willing to travel and will be based out of their home office.

 

Experience in marketing construction products is desirable.  Insurance marketing experience is a plus.  You will need to have solid relationships already established with insurance agents and brokers in your area and demonstrated success in increasing production for a carrier or MGA.

 

Job Responsibilities include:

 

1.  Appointing brokers to write business with Builders & Tradesmen's.

2.  Gaining commitments for production and monitoring results.

3.  Working with Underwriters to increase bind ratios.

4.  Training brokers and CSR's to use our on-line products.

 

Skills needed:

 

1.  Internet and computer savvy.

2.  Outstanding interpersonal skills.

3.  Outstanding sales skills.

4.  Self motivated.

5.  Ability to train others.

6.  Analytical skills for analyzing reports, results and occasional risks presented while in the broker's office.

 

A college degree or 5 years experience is required.

 

Compensation will be based on experience and production.
