Marketing and Field Support Specialist

Stanley Home Products, the direct-selling division of The Fuller Brush Company, Inc. is expanding!  We currently have an opening in our Newton, MA office for a Marketing and Field Support Specialist.

 

Some of the essential duties for this new position will include:

 

·        Responsible for development of the annual marketing plan for Stanley Home Products’ independent field sales representatives. 

 

·        Track sales performance against objectives and informs Senior Management of the results.

 

·        Create, develop and provide financial justification for quarterly sales, incentive and recruiting/retention programs. 

 

·        Coordinate inclusion of the programs in the quarterly Managers Action Guide (MAG); promotion guides, email campaigns, newsletters, and other promotional materials. 

 

·        Evaluate and track success of individual programs on a quarterly basis and provides quarterly reports.

 

·        Provide field sales support including recruiting and training programs, incentive/motivation programs etc. as needed

 

·        Formulate training outline and helps to determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.

 

·        Recommend and develops training workshops and programs and ensures overall quality, effectiveness and consistency in content and delivery.

 

·        Manage Stanley Home Products Internet channel

 

·        Responsible for staying updated on competitors’ activities through review of information from the field and from other industry sources

 

·        Approximately 40-50% travel required

 

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or  seven to ten years related experience in the direct-selling industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Bi-Lingual (Spanish) desirable.  Excellent communication skills (written and oral) required.
