Marketing and Sales Administrator

We are a growing 30+ year-old company that provides professional services and manufactures and sells high tech engineering products worldwide. We seek a highly organized individual who enjoys working as part of a team. The Marketing and Sales Administrator provides support to MATCOR's Sales and Marketing Department especially in areas of computer design, logistics, and community outreach, ultimately helping MATCOR to shape its message to the overall community and our customers, and to achieve its sales goals.

Essential Functions:Updates corporate and specialty web site as directed by Director of Marketing and Sales Administration and VP of Sales and Marketing, maintains records related to web siteUpdates corporate literature as needed, including product data sheets, forms, product documentation etc.using existing templatesManages all mailing lists, distribution of newsletters, special mailings, and databases for departmentCoordinate logistics for selected trade shows and special conferences, including exhibit, special events, lodging reservations and promotional materialServes as liaison for special corporate grants, maintains documentation, submits materials to grantor, and drafts applications for renewalDesigns specialty publications, posters, binders etc using desktop publishing softwareDesigns, as requested, Power Point presentations for company staff using presenters' textCoordinates corporate sponsorships locally and regionally, including Chamber of Commerce and local charity events and relationshipsAssists in the selection and orders advertising specialties and corporate clothing in accordance with company marketing strategic planSupports department in administrative functionsParticipates in weekly marketing meetings and other corporate meetings as requestedOther duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in related field. 3 - 5 years experience in public relations, sales administration or similar, proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, website back end management experience preferred. Highly organized and detailed oriented.
