You’re the type of person who needs that constant adrenaline rush of working on multiple projects simultaneously. Working on just one project at a time makes you yawn, because you know at the end of the day, you need to feel that total satisfaction of knowing that you’ve accomplished so much. And you do it all with minimal to no errors and your colleagues love you for it.

 

You can’t stand when someone walks by the fax and doesn’t check to see if the fax is addressed to you or one of your team members...because you know what it’s like to be a team-player and you constantly are asking if anyone needs help or looking for ways to make things better.

 

Your co-workers describe as someone who stays calm under pressure, all while having a sense of urgency. “It can’t be done” is not in your vocabulary.

 

Excel? No problem. You are an expert inside and out. You know how to calculate costs, freeze panes and prepare charts.

 

The ability to be creative is something that you dream of. Yes, you are a master at processing the back end work, but you also love coming up with new ideas or suggestions, such as a new product you think would be great for the client, or a new media channel such as mall advertising.

 

We are looking for someone with these qualities and more, to assist 2 Account Executives and a Supervisor on their daily activities such as: calling newspapers for rates, proofreading ads, creating media plans, posting jobs, researching media opportunities etc. This is a role perfect for someone who can think outside of the box, someone who can come up with new ideas and be able to brainstorm with the team.

 

We are an advertising agency specializing in recruitment, located in Midtown West. We do a little bit of everything.

1-2 year professional experience required with a 4 year degree. Salary range is 30’s.

 

Note that occasional late days are required as this is the nature of the industry, but don’t worry dinner is on us.
