Position: Media Account Manager

Do you love cutting-edge technology, online advertising and hyper-growth entrepreneurial environments? Are you interested in solving complex problems while learning more about media buying and the business world at one of the most progressive online advertising companies? Adconion is looking for a talented and motivated individual with online advertising experience and keen analytical skills to join our Media Team. The Media Account Manager will report to the Director of Media.

 

Key Responsibilities Manage daily contacts with partner sites Provide superior customer service via creativity, responsiveness, and strong interpersonal skills Coordinate with designated Media Buyer and Director of Media to provide information regarding the status of a campaign or projects related to a campaign Provide campaign reporting to partner sites Qualify leads and prospect new partners Prepare strategies for up-selling and cross-selling existing partners Obtain performance metrics from the client to reconcile delivery and billing Traffic campaigns into our proprietary Ad-Server in a timely manner Communicate with Partners, Publisher Team, and Network Operations to ensure timely and accurate campaign launch, delivery, and invoicing Required Skills/Experience: Bachelors degree 0-2 years online media experience a plus Strong desire to work for a market leader in the rapidly growing online media sector Proficient in Microsoft office suite & web browsers Ability to prioritize and focus, with strict attention to detail Must be able to work effectively in a strong team environment Strong relationship building and excellent customer service skills
