Media Assistant

Successful candidates will have demonstrated these key attributes:

· Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

· Good understanding of numbers

· Interest in marketing/communications

· Passion for “new� media including interactive, mobile marketing, e-marketing and social media

· Works well in a team environment, but able to work independently when necessary.

Main job responsibilities are:

· Keep account binders current with all media related materials (including current plans, flowcharts, schedules, insertion orders and actualized billing charts)

· Pull research reports as directed by media planners for various accounts including syndicated research (MRI, Scarbourgh etc.) and online results data from various sources

· Assist with reconciliation of media discrepancies on an on-going basis

· Input media buys into Strata buying system

· Assist planners in gathering media costs from various sources

· Develop post guy reports for client teams

· Maintain media resources including rep lists, downloading of current ratings data, management of resources library etc.

· Coordinate vendor meetings across the team when appropriate

· Other media team assistance as required

Job requirements are:

· Bachelors Degree

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
