The Media Relations Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day support and execution of public relations programs for our clients. This person will work with CCG media team to develop, maintain and update Asian media lists, track media coverage of clients, produce media clips, prepare documents for executives, conduct research, help pursue speaking and awards opportunities, and assist with media relations. He or she will work with the rest of the media team to develop and execute creative programs and strategic initiatives. This person will also interface with media and other departments in the agency.

 

Qualifications:

At lest one-year experience in PR, journalism, corporate communications, marketing and other related areas

Basic finance knowledge and solid understanding of international finance and business media

Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English and other related majors. Advanced degree is highly preferred.

Excellent writing, editing, speaking and interpersonal communications skills. Foreign language a plus

Ability to think and communicate strategically with a variety of people

Ability to think strategically and exercise good judgment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proven ability to work both independently and with a team

Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines required.
