Media Supervisor:

The Media Supervisor is the primary oversight for media planning. This is a management position and Supervisors are accountable for the handling all aspects of the planning, implementation and tracking of online media campaigns. They are primary client contacts and set the strategic direction for their businesses. The Media Supervisor is also responsible for developing their planning teams’ skills and abilities, evaluating team member performance and overseeing individual account profitability.

Responsibilities:
Help set plan objectives Set overall direction for program planning and negotiating strategies Write front end (strategies and objectives) of plans and present to client Oversee plan negotiations Oversee the media team activities, maintain overall plan quality control, including integrity of back-end data/recommendation proof points Maintain client relationship and manage client expectations Provide guidance to team members and nurture/promote team environment Review performance team members Promote agency offerings to existing clients, e.g. creative, SEO, etc. Qualifications:
Prior experience (5-7 years) in media, marketing or strategic planning Experience in online marketing and current knowledge of trends and innovations in interactive media Proven leadership skills and management experience Presentation and facilitation skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through
