The Metrics Analyst must have an aptitude for numerical data and possess an inquiring mind.Metrics Analyst is responsible for applying understanding of departmental and business functions to data gathering then performing analysis of the data utilizing available data resources, including database reporting, third party vendors and research to gather necessary data. Metrics Analyst will work closely with the Lead Metrics Analyst to ensure low error rate on report outputs and with other department employees to troubleshoot problems. The Metrics Analyst will closely watch and report on trends and alert departments of anomalies. The Metrics Analyst will work closely with various departments to provide necessary reports/analyses for current and strategic objectives. Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities: Provide analytical support to multiple departments through execution of reports and analysis of results. Create moderate to complex pivot tables, formulas, and macros using Microsoft Excel. Work under general supervision. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel. Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications. Moderate understanding of database tables, relations, data types, and values required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to communicate with clients in all formats: verbal, presentation, email, written documents. Detail Oriented, Organized, excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task to meet business objectives. Problem Solving, ability to quickly solve problems in a fast paced environment.
