Schedule payments via Pay by Phone, Credit Card, Retail Store or US Mail. Analyze customer financial information Update and document account information and records. Select appropriate customer correspondence. May request and perform account maintenanceRespond to, redirect or escalates call as appropriate. Maintain goodwill of customer.Adhere to collection laws and internal guidelines. Follow prescribed guidelines for bankruptcy, CCCS fraud and disputes.Ability to work 40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling to work prime hours during nights and weekends.Qualifications:Knowledge of MS Windows. Good verbal communications skills. Basic reading math skills. Effective listing skills.
