We protect the financial integrity of nearly $3 billion dollars in annual promotional funds transfers between trading partners across the globe.Primary responsibility is to accurately verify the existence of all first time coupon submitters using established procedures. These procedures include, but are not limited to, contacting retailers by phone, utilizing online resources, and reviewing written documentation. Ensure the retailer database accurately reflects the manner of coupon submission, whether that is by the retailer or a clearinghouse or billing service that processes the coupons on behalf of the retailer. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the retailer database with current and accurate information pertaining to retailer names, primary and secondary addresses, and ownership; processing returned retailer payment checks; maintaining retailer account documentation for audit purposes.Required SkillsCandidates will have 1+ year’s of customer service and data entry experience. Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, detail oriented, excellent follow-up skills, problem solving skills, research/ analytical abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment. Additionally, candidates must be dependable. Familiarity with MS Office is required. Must be an intermediate user of Microsoft Word and Excel. Access is highly recommended.
