Responsibilities:
Prepare reports for clients on national accounts (Tracking, GRP, Posts) Ensure that DDS and GRP charts reflect most updated brand requirementsManage and teach assistants basic television media knowledge, negotiation skills and DDS programs Talk to networks regarding client’s scheduling Ensure that move requests have been requested and are being followed up on dailyOrganize all upfront information into summary documents (i.e. “Roll-Ups”)Analyze upfront plans, execute options and sell-off requests, negotiate scatter buys and prepare scatter buy recommendationsMaintain special client related projects (Marketplace updates)Ensure that allocations match flighting/$’s/GRP requirementsMonthly Spending ReportsDevelop working relationships with network sales executivesQualifications:
At least one year of buying experience.Must be extremely articulate and show professionalism Strong negotiating skillsDetail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through
