 Network Infrastructure Manager

 

Position is located in Ketchum’s Pittsburgh office.

 

Responsibilities:

Manages the day-to-day operation of the Network Infrastructure Group including all of the hardware, software, and services related to the data/telephony networks of Ketchum. Provides technical and project leadership within the Network Infrastructure Group:

 

§ Oversees the day-to-day administration of all data and telephony network components including hardware, software, and services. Ensures the acceptable performance, proper upgrades, and successful integration with other Ketchum systems

 

§Analyzes data and telephony networks including capacity planning and new equipment acquisitions

 

§ Develops and maintains a roadmap for the agency’s network infrastructure including the convergence of data, voice, and video technologies

 

§ Determines and documents the scope and priority of group projects

 

§Recommends and develops plans for group operations, hardware and software purchases, service/vendor changes, and staffing

 

§Provides internet domain name registration and management services

 

§Develops, maintains, and tests disaster recovery plans for assigned systems and services

 

§Maintains and manages vendor relationships for hardware, software and service provider partners of the Network Infrastructure Group

 

§Assists with the development of system policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

·Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, and 5 - 7 years of relevant experience

·Strong proficiency in core operating systems; Cisco router, firewall, voice and wireless technologies; Enterasys switches; and video conference equipment

· Experience managing and developing technology professionals

·Experience working in a deadline-oriented environment managing multiple projects simultaneously

·The ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced atmosphere
