New Business Development Sales Representatives-Local Unit Sales – based in Beverly, Concord, Framingham, Taunton, Mass.

 

GateHouse Media New England is seeking a sales self-starter to build new business and deal effectively with customers in a sales/service environment.  The ideal candidate should be comfortable working within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented workplace.  Individuals who have worked in print, TV, radio or internet sales with a proven track record in cold calling and closing sales may be the ideal candidate for this sales role.  The right candidate will work to solicit inactive accounts, new business development, specialty advertiser categories as well as regional initiatives.  Understanding of our product and our competitors will be key to success.  Exceptional computer skills and experience with contact management system a must.  Base salary plus commission.  These are full-time positions and work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.  Part-time opportunities may also be available.
