New Business Director

An Advertising Agency based in Richmond, VA has an extraordinary opportunity for a New Business Director. We’re looking for a proven leader to drive the repositioning of this agency, overseeing the website revamp and managing the success of the agency’s new business development program. The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Management on all business development initiatives for this growing agency. This individual will lead the development of the new business plan and manage all new business activities including marketing, promotion, proposal and pitch development.
