Online Ad Operations Coordinator

Network World is seeking an Advertising Operations Coordinator. The person in this role will partner with our Ad Operations Specialists in servicing and supporting our sales staff and clients in the production of online campaigns. This position will interface with current customers, NWW and central sales organizations to ensure proper delivery of campaigns.

The successful candidate must be extremely pro-active, have strong organization skills with an acute attention to detail.  Critical to this position is the ability to work well within a team environment, excellent communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to take ownership of ones work.  1+ year(s) related experience in an online advertising environment .   Proven applications experience including Excel, PowerPoint & Word are required.

 

Primary Responsibilites

Provide support to East & West Coast Online Ad Specialists, which includes providing sales dept with banner availability and posting advertising programs such as:

Banners

White Papers

Webcasts

Newsletters

Special Reports

Executive Guides

Text Links

 

Weekly upload of newsletter creative; includes monitoring of deliverables and ensuring materials are received in timely manner

Pulling a weekly drop report of creative scheduled to run, flag any discrepancies and alert appropriate Online Ad Specialist

Liaison between Adops and Client Services dept; sending weekly reminders for creative due on these in-house managed client programs

Communicate with appropriate sales reps and coordinators in regards to online programs.

Banner reporting / Screen Shots on as needed basis

Cross-training for back-up to creating registration pages and lead cleaning

 

Skills Required

Thorough knowledge of  Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Customer focused, detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and work well under the pressure
