Status: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project, Employee Job Category: Marketing/Product Career/Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Years of Experience: 5+ to 7 Years Reference Code: M-370-np-41583 Online Marketing Program Manager Our client is seeking a Marketing Program Manager who will be responsible for successful coordination of marketing campaigns and programs. This individual will have experience designing and executing both online and off-line demand generation programs. The Marketing Program Manager will work with product marketing, product management, sales and communications in the development of campaigns to reach IT decision makers. These programs will attract new customers and deeply engage existing customers. The Marketing Program Manager will have experience and familiarity with Demand Generation marketing activities: telemarketing, seminars, webinars, podcasts, email blasts and direct mail.Position Objective:To drive marketing awareness, lead, and adoption generation programs targeted at IT decision makers in targeted market segments.Essential duties:The Marketing Program Manager will work closely with the members of corporate marketing to ensure that marketing activities are coordinated effectively and efficiently. This includes working closely with external vendors and key stakeholders through excellent communication and organizational skills. Manage demand generation planning including targeting, campaign mix, calendar, and budgeting. Proactively work with product management, sales, and business development to get alignment on targets and programs to best drive sales results. Manage and execute demand generation programs. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders. Return stakeholder calls and emails within (1) business day. Work with communications to develop creative for all campaigns. Establish working relationship with vendors, hold vendors accountable for proper coordination ensuring all campaigns begin on time. Act as a “point person” for questions and concern around campaigns or vendors. Effectively communicate campaigns to stakeholders and proactively help them to understand how the campaign works. Host campaign launch calls upon release of a campaign to ensure stakeholders are equipped to sell in the field and host a recap call after the campaign is complete. Be main “go to” contact and resource of information for stakeholders. Track and review the performance of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.Required Skills: BS/BA in business or marketing. 5+ years in the B-to-B technology market and broad knowledge of IT services. 5+ years planning and executing marketing programs with experience managing a marketing budget. Hands-on experience with tracking and reporting tools to assess campaign effectiveness. Strong project management skills and experience, including managing external creative agencies and events vendors. International project experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and balance shifting priorities. Exceptional communicator, capable of working effectively across functions. A high level of professionalism, passion, ethics, confidence and commitment. Strong organizational skills and customer focused. Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced team environment.
