Advance Internet creates the online vision and strategy for www.nj.com as well as 30 other newspaper websites throughout the U.S. To maintain our status as the #1 destination for automobile, real estate and employment listings in each of the markets we serve, we’re seeking several high-energy, detail-oriented candidates with strong communication and multi-tasking skills to serve as liaisons between our customers and our business & technical teams.

 

As Operations Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our auto, real estate and employment listings are properly displayed on each of our affiliate websites. Duties include testing software releases; and documenting problems and procedures. Strong critical thinking skills, a professional telephone demeanor and MS Office proficiency are essential; knowledge of HTML and/or FTP is a plus. Familiarity with data feeds would be ideal. These challenging positions would prove particularly appealing to car enthusiasts as well as people with knowledge of the real estate and employment industries.
