Advance Internet creates the online vision and strategy for www.nj.com and 30 other newspaper websites throughout the U.S. To maintain our status as the #1 destination for automobile, real estate and employment listings in each of the markets we serve, we are seeking several high-energy candidates with strong organization, documentation and multi-tasking skills supported by 4-6+ years' experience supervising full lifecycle Internet operations projects on time and on-spec.

 

Working closely with Category Directors, Department Heads, Sales, and Online Affiliates, you'll develop processes; train department personnel on new procedures; coordinate business & revenue requirements; identify, document and resolve project issues; test applications and software releases; and assist in the development of new business opportunities. Serving as a liaison with our clients as well as our business & technical teams, the ability to communicate effectively with both non-technical personnel is essential. MS Office proficiency and supervisory experience are required; knowledge of HTML and/or FTP is a plus. Familiarity with data feeds and knowledge of the automotive, real estate or employment industries would be ideal..
