Operations manager

Grizzard Communications Group, Inc., a leading Direct Marketing agency specializing in Nonprofit Fundraising, is looking for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing client service operations and implementing corporate objectives of designated businesses units as needed.  This position will also be responsible for developing operations procedures and managing resources schedule for our shared client services division.

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

· 5 years experience in Marketing and/or Fundraising.

· Knowledge of database and direct marketing terminology and strategies.

· Excellent verbal and written communication. 

· Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in proofing. 

· Accomplished PC skills in Microsoft Office applications required, including Excel.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Ability to balance multiple assignments and set priorities. 

· College-related degree or equivalent experience.

and will be:

· Dependable, detail oriented, excellent attendance.

· Capable of handling large volumes of work.

· Self-starter that does not need direct supervision. 

· Able to work overtime, some weekends

· Able to travel.
