Outside Sales Representative / Account ManagerAbout LogoNation: LogoNation is a rapidly growing specialty advertising company headquartered in Mooresville, NC just outside of Charlotte. Due to our continued growth we are seeking additional business to business outside sales reps to fill our Community Account Manager position. In addition to the free shirts we donate to the town, each business receives shirts when they participate. This is a fun and exciting outside sales position in which you not only get to sell advertising and t-shirts, but business pride and community spirit as well. Outside Sales Representative - Community Account Manager: As a CAM your territory will include about 30-40 smaller towns where we will put together a community t-shirt The Community Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative works with local chambers of commerce and/or town halls to set up a distribution point for the free shirts LogoNation donates to the town. After the distribution point is established, the Community Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative works throughout the town visiting businesses and getting them to participate on their town's Communi-Tee.Benefits of Outside Sales Representive / Community Account Manager position: Base salary is $24,100, plus car allowance, health insurance allowance, and cell phone allowance for a total annualized base pay of $30,100 Additional benefits include: In-field (in-territory) training Six paid holidays Accrued time off program Gas expenses paid 401k Rapid advancement and top commissionsFirst year total compensation averages $40,000-$100,000    Requirements Outside Sales Representative - Account ManagerThe Outside Sales Representative / Community Account Manager position requires: A high energy level, self-motivation, and a commitment to success. Reliable transportation and daily sales reporting are also required. Experience in advertising, cellular, media, uniform, or similar is preferred; however, entry level job seekers with a track record of success are encouraged to apply.
