Position Summary:

Our outside professionals work with a protected list of assigned accounts (new and renewal). You will sell advertising to business owners. As a yellow pages consultant you will assist business owners in identifying the most effective advertising strategies for placement in our directories. Responsibilities include:

Generating and Managing new accounts

Reviewing, managing and increasing existing account base

Achieving Sales Goals/Quotas

Meeting publication deadlines

 

Very limited travel involved: Our market is the Lehigh Valley and surrounding markets.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree Preferred

Two plus years successful outside sales experience in a quota/commission based environment

Basic computer skills and working knowledge of the Internet

Experience in advertising sales including telephone directory, newspaper, internet, radio, billboard or magazine environment would be beneficial but not mandatory.

Excellent communication skills

Professional attitude

Highly developed planning and organizational skills required

Reliable transportation, valid drivers license and proof of insurance
