Due to our growth and launching of our new travel tours, we are seeking a production Manager to join our team.  Collaborating with our internal creative department and outside venders, this position will  implement complex promotional and personalized mailings.

 

Position Description

 Manage scheduling, printing and lettershop of 2 and 4C direct mail promotions.Collaborate with Circulation, Creative Team and Vendor to implement complex, print on Demand variable personalized mailingsManage vendors to insure adherence to contract pricing, timelines and quality.Provide project budgets prior to mailings and reconciliation and analysis after job completion.Manage inventory for various promotional elements i.e., envelopes, inserts, paperProvide weekly postage estimate for CAPS based on estimated weight/quantities.Drive technology improvements keeping abreast of industry trends.

Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years work experience in a Print Production and/or Direct Mail Creative Department environment.Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a very fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills to prioritize frequent changes in direction, schedules and goals.Detailed oriented with strong analytical skillsGood communication and negotiating skillsExperience with Print on Demand technologyIntermediate level Excel preferred
