You are invited to join a growing and motivated team by applying today.What would you be doing?As our client’s Package Job Planner, you would be responsible for processing orders for the company’s lettershop. Other responsibilities would include: Reviewing artwork, estimates and project specifications for accuracy Planning and evaluating estimates or quotes and submitting them for revision as needed Entering project specifications and job instructions data into the estimating system Creating and updating customer pricing templates Working with Customer Service Representatives to ensure client needs are communicated and met in a timely and professional manner Ensuring packages are ready for shipping to USPS requirements Maintaining a client processing history for repeat jobs, layouts, changes and efficienciesIs this position for you?This is the career for motivated individuals eager to move up with a successful team.
