A well-established multi-million dollar international company located in the Hudson/Fitchburg, Mass. area is seeking energetic & highly motivated team members looking to utilize their skills and experience.

Packaging Design Project Coordinator/Traffic Manager – full-time

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• create a schedule for packaging design in close cooperation with production managers in accordance with production schedule

• clarify details with production managers and printing houses

• outsource packaging design job to vendors or provide a request to a graphic designer in house

• receive artwork from vendors and in-house graphic designers and send it to printing houses

• receive artwork proofs and coordinate approval procedure, communicate approval status to printing houses

• coordinates artwork update in company product catalogues

 

Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years experience in workflow coordination

- Experience managing production schedules

- Strong organization and communication skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task and prioritize conflicting demands, team player

- Basic prepress process knowledge and publishing software usage is a plus

- Fluent Russian and English languages

 

Position in full time and salary is commensurate with experience level.
