In this role, you’ll have a combination of functions ranging from new business development with our marketing partners, as well as working to maintain and expand the relationships we have with our current partners. You’ll use your strong analytical ability to assess which programs are working, which partnerships are most fruitful for comScore, and how we can leverage these going forward. This will help us to continue to grow our panel of over two million globally. Basic Function:Reporting to the Senior Manager of Panel Development, the Panel Development Manager is responsible for supporting various recruitment, development, and retention initiatives of comScore’s online, opt-in research panel. This includes developing partnerships and relationships to support new panelist acquisition programs as well as develop and manage existing recruitment programs. This individual will also play an integral part in conducting analysis related to panel composition and utilization. Responsibilities: Work with Panel Development team in developing and executing new panelist acquisition strategies. Identify recruiting opportunities, develop relationships and manage programs with recruiting partners. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of panel recruiting. Make recommendations for improvements. Understand the development, retention and attrition trends of the panel. Define measurements necessary to monitor the performance of recruitment and retention processes; work with other functions to develop capabilities for making those measurements routinely, and monitor the measurements. Provide other support in conducting analysis on panel composition, utilization, and optimization Collaborate with a variety of cross functional teams including Technology, Survey Operations, Legal, Statistical Services, and Client Service Support initiatives to develop custom panels and execution of new programs. Support other various recruiting initiatives as needed Qualifications: 3-6 years relevant work experience. Experience in panel recruiting, market research and/or online marketing, especially any international experience, would be a significant advantage. Experience in the areas of Partner Marketing, Retail or B2B are desired. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business, Marketing, Market Research) Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport via e-mail and phone conversations Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint comScore, Inc.
