Postal and Logistics Coordinator

MSP is an industry leading full-service direct mail marketing company, offering a broad range of services to its business and non-profit clients.  These services include creative, printing, mailing, database development and management, along with tracking and reporting.

 

MSP is seeking a Postal and Logistics Coordinator to assume the role of in-house postal expert, and to handle trucking set up, scheduling, follow-through utilizing multiple sources and verifying package design.  Position will work extensively with the sales team and clients directly and reports to the Client Services Manager.

 

Successful candidate will have prior postal experience, strong people skills; proficiency in office / computer skills (including word, excel and power point); ability to conduct analysis and prepare proposals; and have a background in postal procedures, and ideally also with trucking / logistics.
