Premise Sales Representative (outside sales)

We are looking for the best and the brightest sales talent to maintain our position as the marketing and advertising leader for thriving businesses in the Puget Sound Region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our Premise Sales Teams sell print, online and local search engine advertising solutions and programs to existing and new strategic business accounts. In this role, you will utilize your consultative sales savvy to: analyze and develop client-specific advertising strategies; provide value based marketing program recommendations; grow established accounts and identify new prospects through business development and lead generation to accomplish targeted performance objectives of increased sales, profits and reduction of bad-debt.
You will also develop and deliver customer-specific solutions that quantifiably demonstrate improved returns for business owners and Dex by utilizing our tremendous value-added resources to solidify company partnerships and position Dex as the ‘advertiser of choice’ for small to medium size companies in alignment with the overall corporate strategies.
In addition to above responsibilities you will serve as the tactical expert on executing price, product strategies, program promotions and changes to meet business goals, deadlines and deliver exceptional customer service. QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience with a track record of exceeding performance results and achievements. We also hire tenacious, results-oriented, self starters that have excellent attitudes and have demonstrated persuasiveness in selling a vision, direction or solutions through the use of strong verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver’s license and insurance with the ability to travel within assigned territory, required. College degree preferred.
Successful candidates are ‘quick studies’ that can synthesize a variety of business environments to analyze and assess data to capitalize upon customer and market opportunities. Your high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do” attitude will allow you to leverage industry knowledge by keeping abreast of competing products, e-commerce and search engine strategies and other competitive intelligence.
All candidates must have strong collaboration skills to partner with the business community in order to effectively drive revenue and results by building and maintaining trust relationships as well as demonstrating overall sensitivity to the needs of the business.
Additional qualifications include proficient to advanced Microsoft Office skills, window based applications including sales tracking and order management software programs. All candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment background and drug test.

KEY PERKS:
Aggressive compensation: base salary, with established customer base, and unlimited commission potential. Average target compensation of $90,000 annually, sensitive to market. Monthly auto and cellular allowance as well as excellent advancement opportunities.
Strategic Selling Business to Business Sales Certification Training - 7 week of paid extensive sales and business advertising training in our Bellevue training HUB. Training consists of self directed study, inside telesales and outside classroom training.
Medical related benefits are effective after 31 days of employment.
