Print Specialist

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

•Implements Client lettergen initiatives by interpreting requirements and entering data into Dialogue to ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness.
•Partners with analysts and technical groups to develop and test new client initiatives.
•Creates and modifies letters for Client promotions (i.e. Billing, Renewals, Christmas, and Correspondence).
•Researches and resolves questions and problems regarding letter copy and specifications.
•Maintains and monitors lettergen tracking reports.
•Produces monthly reports for billing of client rate card.
•Documents department procedures and programming enhancements.
•Provides ongoing training of team members by assisting and/or training planners as needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

•1 year word processing and/or spreadsheet experience (i.e., Word, Excel, Access)
•Ability to type 30 WPM
•Ability to proofread
•Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
•Ability to multi-task and prioritize as demonstrated by previous experience
•Ability to work weekends and holidays

TESTS WILL BE ADMINISTERED TO EVALUATE TYPING AND PROOFREADING SKILLS

POSITION PREFERENCES:
•Experience with TCS Fulfillment Systems (i.e., MAGIC, MERLIN, MIRAGE)
•Experience with Adobe Software (i.e., Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
•Knowledge of Marketing Services processes
•Experience with Lettergen systems such as Dialogue/Script
