Print Systems Operator - 5186

Description:Responsibilities Be able to make sound decisions on what cycle and statements to print to maintain work balance on the inserting floor. Must be able to make diagnosis problems, make minor adjustments, clean Xerox and OCE printer and call technicians according to procedures for support. Review statement and report information within computer system to match like jobs with correct statement paper. Load and unload correct paper into OCE Page Stream printers. Load and unload correct paper into Xerox DP115 printers. Communicate with PC to evoke printing statements and letters jobs Perform required quality checks according to standard operating procedures to ensure the statements are printed legible, on line and without flaw. Verify quality of all printed output Must be able to communicate effectively with management, quality associates, work flow coordinator, procurement, and production control, PC support, OCE, Xerox stock clerks on production and printing concerns. Must be able to post statement volume information to required log according to standard operating procedures. Must be able to evaluate usage and order required collateral and supplies.About the OpportunityThis position will require you to operate 5 OCE printers within our standard operating procedures. You must be able to store statements forms, match over 124 different forms to PForm ID in the software system, and evoke jobs to print within guidelines in a fast pace work environment. You must be able to multi-task with the ability to work independently under little or no supervision. Reports to 2nd or 3rd Shift Mail Services Supervisor.Qualifications:High School Diploma or EquivalentMust be able to multi-task Must be able to navigate a PC Basic typing and computer skills.
