Starting here:Private Seller Sales Rep I US-GA-Atlanta Job Description Solicits, arranges, and coordinates advertisements from Private Sellers over the phone via Outbound Sales efforts. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Proven success in selling products and services over the phone from start to finish is required.Effectively present information to customers, co-workers, supervisors on a one-on-one basis.Conduct business over the telephone in a professional manner and environment. Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations and solve problems in standard situations and basic analytical skills. Able to analyze and resolve all customers advertising related issues. Take initiative to gain the knowledge needed to resolve issues and know your resources to utilize for assistance. Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, e.g., Word and Excel. Literacy with internet is required. Prioritize and succeed in a fast pace environment. Influence and persuade others while offering products and services to Private Seller customers. Team player in generating company profit. Flexibility to work any/all of following shifts is required: Shift #1:Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm Shift #2:Monday - Friday Saturdays2:00pm - 11:00pm AND 10am - 3pmShift #3:Monday - Thursday9:30am 8:30pmMinimum of high school diploma or general education degree (GED); college degree a plus. Responsibilities Solicits processes and when appropriate, up-sells photo ad services for Private Seller customers.Coordinates method of payment.Accurately records information and submits summary report of activity at end of each shift.Coordinates and schedules appointments for off and on-site photographers, e-mail, PEC and US mail.Communicates customer problems and concerns to the supervisor.Completes reports as required.Performs routine administrative tasks.Demonstrates continuous positive attitude and understanding of the sales process and customer service function of the position.Process any customer Do Not Call requests.Consistently exceed monthly quota and standards of performance by maximizing sales call contacts, conducting effective sales presentations, determining customers needs and offering advertising solutions to meet those needs. Stay abreast and continuously acquire knowledge of companys products and or services.Ability to handle objections by understanding the customers needs through product assessment and persistence.
