Product Coordinator

We are searching for highly motivated individuals to support paid search campaigns and overall campaign analysis and coordination for new and existing clients.  The Search Engine Marketing Product Coordinator manages account monitoring and reporting for assigned accounts in the TMP Directional Marketing Interactive Division.  The SEM Product Coordinator works closely with the SEM Product Manager to support the paid search campaigns including new client launches as well as pre and post-launch support, daily monitoring, weekly/monthly reporting, and overall campaign management.

 



 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Assist with optimization of pay per click campaigns including keyword management, writing copy, and expanding keyword listsProduce detailed analysis reports to trend campaign performanceAssist with campaign launch and ongoing management on 3rd party vendors and major search engines including Google, Yahoo, MSN, and AskDaily monitoring of accounts to ensure continued performance, up-time, and trafficking goalsAssist SEM Product Manager in working with Client Services to coordinate client launch schedules, manage reporting deliverables, identify additional search marketing needs, and other account services.Continually monitor the search landscape, attend search engine trainings, and participate in SEM certification programs to keep up to date and current with the latest trendsMaintain a high level of professionalism internally, and in representing the agency to clients and potential clientsOther duties and projects as assigned 

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 High School Graduate with at least a 3.0 GPAExcellent communication (written and verbal), listening, and team work skillsMust possess an ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organization and multitasking skillsPrevious Marketing experience a plusProficient in MS Office a plus specifically: Excel, PowerPoint, and WordAdvanced knowledge of Excel and Access preferredMust possess an ability to manage a heavy workload including the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks in order to meet strict deadlines
