Product Coordinator, Protection Products

Occupation:Products/Services Applications Advisor Responsbilities:–  Manage and update Product Standards; maintain an inventory of Sample kits; perform a quarterly review of fulfillment; update content as needed to support new marketing initiatives, new product benefits, legal requirements, etc. –  Assist in development and implementation of all fulfillment-related and other back-end testing.–  Manage the product's Competitive Matrices, updating each at least quarterly.–  Maintain memberships in services to monitor member communications and benefit execution and periodically run Comperemedia reports to gather new intelligence.–  Serve as a liaison with Member Relationship Management (MRM) Team in order to communicate new initiatives to the contact centers and participate in Monthly Marketing Updates with call centers and call center monitoring.–  Participate in contact center visits, call center agent training presentations and product fairs.  –  Work with Trumbull and other internal departments to fulfill requests for complimentary memberships.–  Communicate new product developments to the Interactive Product Department as needed to ensure web site content is up-to-date.–  Support new benefit creation. –  Complete weekly Flow reporting and performance reporting as may be needed to monitor marketing or fulfillment tests. Requirements:–  Bachelors Degree required.–  Project Management experience required.–  Direct Marketing experience a plus.–  Account Management experience a plus.–  Strong team player.–  Strong organizational and analytical skills.–  Proficiency with Microsoft office programs.–  Excellent communication skills. TO APPLY PLEASE CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW: https://www4.recruitingcenter.net/Clients/affinion/PublicJobs/controller.cfm?jbaction=JobProfile&Job_Id=10662&esid=az
