This unique opportunity will enable the qualified candidate to attain strategic business initiatives by effectively integrating sales, marketing and business processes across all divisions.

 

Primary Responsibilities

· Will lead the development of all new products with a primary focus for the Versitec and Cranel Imaging Divisions.

· Provide strategic planning and research for opportunities relating to new products to introduce to client base that will enhance the Versitec and Cranel Imaging initiatives.

· Must be able to determine by pricing studies, analyzing market/technology trends and market structure the new product criteria, features and pricing for placement into the sales mix.

· Will provide input on and help manage vendor selection and qualification process.

· Must be able to understand, develop and/or improve the marketing/sales processes and methodology to maximize profitability.

· Dedicate time and effort to sales teams and vendors to present the marketing and sales process and methodology to best maximize our product sales.

· Provide management support for all strategic initiatives and business driven projects.

· Work with all levels of management and vendor business partners to implement solutions for projects and/or products lines as applicable to each division.

· In cooperation with internal marketing team, work to ensure successful completion of all sales and marketing roll-outs with continued and ongoing support to all sales and vendor partners.

· Establish and manage responsibilities with the industry leading vendors whose products are distributed by Versitec and/or Cranel Imaging

 

 

Experience and Requirements: 

Ø  Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing or equivalent experience. 

MBA degree in Marketing or Business is preferred but not required.

Ø  Must have 5 – 7 years of progressive management experience with technical aptitude is required.  Account or Product Management experience is highly desirable.

Ø  Must be able to work independently and in a team atmosphere with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.

Ø  Must be able to work with all levels of sales management, including engineers to assure that the resulting products have technical, performance and certification criteria that meet the goals established by each division.

Ø  Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities coupled with strong communication and presentation skills are required.

Ø  Exhibit personal commitment to knowledge seeking and sharing behaviors by modeling those behaviors and conveying similar expectations to those in the organization.

Ø  Must have the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, drive change and develop relationships. 

Ø  Willingness to travel 15-20%.
