Marketing Research firm in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area is seeking a Product and Fee Researcher.

Earn $12 - $13 per hour at this full-time, direct hire position.

Job Description: Seeking motivated people who can research and analyze branch banking fees.  Must analyze shopper obtained fee schedules, as well as call on the phone to obtain fees.  Must pose as potential customer (i.e. Mystery Shoppers) to collect and analyze data, mostly in the financial industry.  Most of the Shopping will be done by analyzing already obtained fee schedules, as well as obtaining data over the phone.  Must be aggressive, inquisitive, and fearless of the phones.  This is a position that is repetitive by nature.  Things change, but for the most part the steps are all the same. MS Excel is primary program used, along with Web searches.

Requirements: Prefer banking or Financial experience Must have excellent customer service and administrative skills Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills
