The Multimedia and Design Department delivers various dynamic presentations for their clients. Candidates start out as a Production Associate, and are promoted to a variety of specialty areas like our Visual Project, Multimedia, or Graphic Design group. The multimedia track creates complex interactive and animated media deliverables using Flash, Director, Video, and Web scripting. The visual project area develops visually appealing presentations from medical concepts and manages project teams. The graphic design team generates the creative theme used throughout a specific project and focuses on graphic design and layout for printed educational and promotional materials. Position Description

The Production Associate must be able to take a rough presentation and develop it into a visually appealing, professional PowerPoint presentation, often under tight deadlines. Other position responsibilities may include: working with Adobe Acrobat to create customized invitations, duplicating CDs, scanning, assembling printed pieces, and backup support for design and multimedia specialist tasks.
