Production Manager

A full-service  advertising agency seek a hands-on Director, Human Resources, who will act as a senior generalist and full-cycle recruiter. On an agency-wide basis this individual will provide guidance and direction in all aspects of Human Resources and employee relations.

 Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Full-cycle recruitment On boarding of all new hires including processing of all paperwork ADP payroll processing (ADP PayX  software) Benefits:  plan design, administration and counseling (medical/dental, 401k, short/long term disability, workers comp, COBRA administration) Compensation program development and administration Employee training and development Management of employee relations issues Ensure adherence with EEO and DOL regulations Maintain, file, and organize all HR related paperwork

 

Skills required:Full-cycle recruitment expertise across a variety of functional areas  An expert level of knowledge in all staffing components including:  workforce planning, sources, networking, employment law, EEO/DOL regulations,  wage/salary trends, training and relationship management 10+ years HR experience in fast paced environments ADP PayX software experience preferred Experience in service organizations preferred PHR/SPHR certification preferred
