Programming Research AssistantRESPONSIBILITIES

Daily and weekly e-mail updates for network program scheduling and sports information.Help maintain Network Information website and all that entails.

Assist in syndicated and network program tracking.

Maintenance and organization of the programming research library and other research lists and files.

Responsible for upkeep of WRAP SWEEPS and OVERNIGHT software.

Handle daily computer download of Nielsen overnights.

Coordinate publication of KTVG COMTRAC Books (each sweep).

Involvement in various specialized research projects.

Other duties as directed by supervisor.  SPECIFICATIONSDesire to learn all facets of program research as it relates to the network and syndication business.Must be extremely detail-oriented, accurate and organized, possess the ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines, be comfortable learning and working with numbers and work productively under minimum supervision.Computer literacy a must, Microsoft Word/Excel a plus; willingness and desire to learn WRAP and other software programs.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively with programming staff, syndicators, networks and client stations.Enthusiastic team player with dedication and determination to advance.
