We have the need for an experienced and talented Project Architect in our State College, PA regional office.

 

Overview of Responsibilities

 Assist in design efforts and production of schematic design through construction documents for educational (K-12), higher education, healthcare, sports, correctional, municipal, public safety, and commercial projects

·  Work with all disciplines to coordinate work of the team

·  Assist the Project Manager or Sr. Project Architect with preparation and  management of the work plan

 

Qualifications:

Requires BArch and/or MArch, professional registration and 5-10 years experience with design and production of architectural documents. Candidates should have a portfolio that demonstrates excellent design skills and proven problem-solving abilities.  Knowledge of LEED Certification Requirements preferred.  Architectural Desktop 2004 required; 3-D modeling or AutoDesk VIZ a plus.
