Description:ResponsibilitiesPrepare Business Requirement Documentation (BRD)Manage project milestones and timekeeping (analysis, build, test, operations readiness, implementation)Month end reporting for allocationsResearch and resolve issuesRepresent facility in project calls and meetingsDevelopment of reference materials, workflow outlines and proceduresInteract with sales team, clients, vendors, account team and operations teamParticipate in client presentationsRecommend work process improvements Act as resource for sales and marketingAbout the OpportunityThis position exists to coordinate projects that support Remittance Processing System applications, business systems and process workflow as required to support client setups, user acceptance testing and process improvement implementations.Projects may include but are not limited to:> New client implementations > Lockbox set up> System upgrades / changes / process improvements> User acceptance testing> Change control management> Request For Information (RFI's) and Request For Proposals (RFP's)> User training> Audit compliance> Pricing of new services> Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity testing and updating> Client de-conversion / de-installationQualifications:Proficiency in Access and VisioAbility to establish effective organization methods and plan own work independentlyAbility to communicate professionally in writing, verbally and visually with a variety of audience levelsProficiency in PC skills to include MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPointPrevious Banking / Financial Industry experience preferredSpecialized knowledge in Project Management by certification or project management experienceBachelors degree in a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
