As Project Manager at Wilen Media you’ll have the opportunity to work in tandem with the Entertainment industry’s top executives to formulate and fulfill consumer-marketing strategies.

 

Both strategic and tactical, Wilen Media project managers have the satisfaction of managing multi-media marketing campaigns and propelling them from initial concept and creative, through in-home fulfillment and back-end analysis.

 

Additional Opportunities:

·  Liaison between your clients and our internal creative and production teams on creation and execution of marketing projects.

·  Develop and maintain strong client relationships with high-level marketing executives.

·  Contribute to strategic planning by participating in strategy discussions and client presentations; ensure all deliverables are met and are of superior standards.

·  Manage creative approval and status updates for all your client's projects.

·  Work with client and internal marketers to monitor results from campaigns.

·  Learn to identify opportunities to create new business with existing clients; research client's business and related industry trends.

 

What you need to succeed in this position:

·  The ability to think strategically and act independently while leading a creative team (and project) with professionalism and clarity.

·  Excellent organization and planning ability to enthusiastically lead multiple concurrent projects.

·  The ability to communicate customer strategies to your internal team and coordinate customized creative design between your client and our creative team.

·  Attention to detail and sense of urgency.

·  Familiarity with print media, promotion, and acquisition and retention marketing.

·  4-5 years of related experience with a proven track record of building successful, highly collaborative relationships with clients and co-workers.

·  Excellent time management, analytical, listening, verbal & written communication skills, as well as strong and confident presentation skills.

·  Experience in the Cable Industry is a plus.
