Coleman Natural Foods, with its leading Organic and Natural Foods line, is looking for an energetic, organized, and motivating Team Leader to lead a team of professional marketing representative at Roadshow and Demo Sampling events in the Los Angeles area.The ideal candidate will have a large network of contacts in promotions and marketing.This is a seasonal, part-time position consisting of weekends and some weekdays.

 

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Position is responsible for increasing revenues through the sales and coordination of demonstrations, special events, promotions or sponsorships.  Enhances organization's image and promotes brand awareness for the gourmet line of foods in high volume locations.Hire, schedule, and manage all staff for roadshows and food product sampling eventsManage time cards for all team membersEstablish, develop, and maintain a good working relationships with store personnelIncrease revenues through successful demonstration eventsIncrease consumer education and promote brand awarenessCommunicate sales issues, consumer feedback, buyer perception, and demonstration performance to management

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/JOB TRAININGPosition typically requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.Strong customer service skills and a friendly, engaging personality is crucialCommunication, sales and organizational skills required.  Flexibility, organization, trustworthy, open to others' ideas, possess a strong work ethic and is a self-starter are desired characteristics.Must be able to store demonstration kits, equipment, and supplies in-between events.Must have Internet access and be computer proficient in scanning, emailing, and using Microsoft Excel.Ability to work extended hours during weekends and holidays required.Ability to travel within the region required.
