Position Overview:

 

Adair Homes is seeking a well qualified and experienced sales management professional for the position of Senior Home Ownership Counselor (HOC).  This position involves leading a branch sales team as they guide our customers to successful home ownership. Adair HOCs build long term customer relationships and provide excellent service, resulting in strong referral business.  The role also entails building branch business volume through networking and community involvement.  HOCs work in a collaborative team environment with their peers.  As the leader of the sales team, the Senior HOC does more than just manage – he or she leads by example through working directly with customers, modeling strong presentation and closing skills.  He or she also performs significant leadership and management roles such as coaching, skill development and evaluation of employees.  This position requires the ability to work some evening and weekend hours.

Compensation and Career Advancement:

 

This is a full time, salaried position with base compensation beginning at $66,000 depending upon experience and qualifications, as well as significant incentives based upon branch performance.  Benefits include health insurance, profit sharing plan, and paid time off program.  Adair Homes is a large home builder with a regional footprint and advancement opportunities exist for strong performers with outstanding leadership abilities and the desire to accept new challenges and responsibilities.
