We currently have a career opportunity for an experienced Publisher/Sales Manager to lead our Orange County Apartment Guide office.  CSI is an extremely disciplined and structured sales organization that aggressively promotes from within and offers a proven track record of stability and growth.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 

·  A highly skilled sales and management professional;

·  A minimum of 4 years previous experience managing a direct outside sales force in a B2B environment;

·  A strong business management background with a proven ability to develop and initiate strategies for revenue growth;

·  A solid track record for recruiting/training/mentoring outside sales professionals;

·  Excellent communication, presentation & mentoring skills; and

·  Exceptional new business development and customer retention skills.

 

Essential Functions:

 Driving revenue growth/profit; Financials and budget; Building client relationships; Development of an outside sales team and management of the administrative staff; Production of the publication;Leading the weekly sales meetings
