QA Coord - 5026

Description:Responsibilities- Schedules assignments, distributes work, answers performance related questions, plans for staffing needs, reviews productivity and turnover reports.- Completes monthly reports to clients and NAMS.- Provides on-the-job training, classroom, equipment, and cross training.- Reviews the work of associates for quality, communicates performance expectations, and provides coaching.- Communicates with associates, management, clients, and internal and external customers as necessary; responds to client inquiries; conducts team meetings, including preparation and distribution of agenda.- Completes weekly insert reports, downloads information from multiple sources. Utilizes data manipulation software to create reports. Creates standard and ad- hoc reports as appropriate. Distributes reports to appropriate management. - Participates on special projects as required.- Performs other related duties as assignedAbout the OpportunityCoordinates the workload to ensure that the deadlines of the department are met according to department procedures. Responsible for gathering and distributing monthly insert inventory reports. This position is responsible for maintaining work unit quality standards by resolving the non-routine, complex day-to-day issues. Works closely with a group of associates. Gathers input and generates statistical information and reports.
