Quality Assurance

Candidate is responsible for functional and regression testing the XP migration of business critical application for a wealth management platform. Candidate must have experience with os and registry administration. Strong Automation experience required with execution and coding ** Rational preferred.

Analyst: Minimum of 3 years experience in gathering and analyzing user requirements, and developing functional and operational
specifications using professional techniques and automated tools. Develop detailed functional specifications including data and function models, process flow diagrams, and report and screen layouts. Document algorithms and operational requirements, identify logical system architecture, specify system interfaces, develop test plans and user guides, oversee acceptance testing, provide user training, and support users in the development of work processes. Works under the direction of a team leader or project manager.
** QA Analyst: Participate on cross-functional teams for specific Product Development efforts. Develop and execute unit and integration test cases and scripts for each specific product group. Work across multiple cross-functional teams to roll-up all unit and integration tests to execute full system, interface, and end-to-end testing. Manage defect-tracking process. Provide reporting of tests and test results from regular builds to the test lead. Work with the Project Manager/Senior QA Engineer to oversee system packaging and deployment process.
