With success, vision and environment as a foundation, DME Telephony Services is looking for the following qualified individual:  Quality Specialist whose main functions will be to monitor calls of a specific group of calling floor agents.

 

MINimum Essential Skills:

Specific skills required include (but are not limited to):

· Ability to sit for 8 hours a day in front of a computer, utilizing a   headset

· Monitor calls objectively using quality standards

· Effectively communicates quality issues to staff to evoke change

· Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook – basic proficiency required

· Ability to multi-task effectively

· Communicate client issues to appropriate departments

· Follow established policies and procedures

· Keep abreast of department changes

· Ability to communicate effectively through written documentation

· Ability to analyze results and make suggestions for improvement 

· Ability to provide written and verbal feedback

 

 

Responsibilities:

· Monitor agent calls on a daily basis

· Complete required monitoring documentation in a timely manner

· Complete required spreadsheets in a timely manner

· Communicate suggestions for improvement

 

 

 

Education and/or Experience:    

Associate’s degree (A. A.); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
