Receptionist

PURPOSE:  Projecting a positive view of company to current and prospective franchise owners, suppliers and other callers/visitors through phone & personal contact.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

·  Answer incoming phone calls on multiple line switchboard; assist or transfer to appropriate party.

·  Greet visitors at front desk and assist as needed.

·  Receive and sign for deliveries

·  Order flowers/gifts for corporate contacts

·  Maintain neat appearance of lobby

·  Update Welcome Monitor Daily

·  Update Events Calendar on Company Intranet

·  Coordinate Booking of Conference Rooms for meetings & events

·  Print and/or order associate nameplates and nametags

·  Order/coordinate Catered Lunches & Dinner reservations as needed

·  HR Assistance as necessary

·  Assist other departments as needed with data entry and administrative projects and duties as directed by HR manager.

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

·  High school diploma.

·  Previous experience on multi-line switchboard.

·  Proven effective interpersonal and time management skills.

·  Confidentiality is a must.
